Real People.
Real Housing.

When Fatima came to us in November 2023, she had 10 days before her eviction date and nowhere safe for her two children to go. Within 48 hours, our rent bank covered her arrears and a navigator helped her negotiate with her landlord.

"They didn't make me feel ashamed. They just helped. I don't know where we'd be if Threshold hadn't picked up the phone."
— Fatima A., Dartmouth, 2024

Fatima's family remains stably housed today. This is what prevention looks like — and why it costs far less than emergency shelter, health care, and the human cost of losing a home.
