Simple Process

Getting Food Is Simple

You don't need paperwork, a referral, or proof of anything. Here's all it takes.

Find a location or stop

Show up during hours

No appointment needed for any of our programs. Just arrive during operating hours. No ID required. Come as you are — with your household, your kids, whoever needs to eat.

Take what you need

Our volunteers will help you. Everything is free. There's nothing to sign, nothing to pay, and nothing to prove. You are welcome here as often as you need to come.

Questions

Frequently Asked Questions

Yes — absolutely. Our programs are not a one-time thing. You are welcome to pick up food hampers every Tuesday and Thursday, attend every Community Kitchen session, and use the Mobile Pantry every week. There is no limit and no tracking system. Come as often as you need.
No. There is no residency requirement. You do not need to prove you live near any of our locations. All of our programs are open to anyone in Metro Vancouver and the Fraser Valley — and beyond, if you're able to travel to us.
Call us at 555-555-5555 and we'll work with you. If you can't make any of our scheduled times due to work, health, or mobility, let us know and we'll see what we can arrange. We also have a developing senior home delivery program — ask us about it.
No limit. Bring your whole household. Your hamper will be sized based on the number of people in your family. If you're picking up on behalf of neighbours or extended family members who can't travel, just let our volunteers know and we'll help you figure out the best approach.
We do our best to accommodate dietary needs. Hamper contents vary week to week depending on donations, so we can't guarantee specific items, but please tell our volunteers about any dietary requirements and we will work with you. The Community Kitchen can usually accommodate vegetarian and some dietary restrictions — speak with the coordinator when you arrive.
