Metro Vancouver & Fraser Valley

Free groceries every Tuesday and Thursday in Burnaby, Surrey, and Richmond.

Pick up a hamper at any of our three locations between 10 am and 6 pm. You do not need ID, proof of income, or a referral, and there is no appointment.

How to get food this week

Anyone in Metro Vancouver or the Fraser Valley can come. You do not need ID, proof of income, or a referral.

  1. Find a location

Use our location guide to find the nearest hamper pickup or Mobile Pantry stop in your neighbourhood.

  2. Show up

Hampers are ready Tuesdays and Thursdays from 10 am to 6 pm. A first name and how many people you are feeding is all a volunteer asks.

  3. Take what you need

Pick up your hamper or browse the Mobile Pantry. Everything is free, and there is nothing to sign up for.

Where to get food

Everything is free and open to anyone in Metro Vancouver.
